About Bande Properties
A Limpopo-based construction and civil engineering firm delivering quality residential, commercial and turnkey projects across Polokwane and the surrounding region.
Bande Properties was established in 2013 by Mr Machevele, a civil engineer with a BSc in Structural Engineering from Wits University and an S4 Civil Engineering diploma from Wits Technikon. He was later joined by Mr Ramalivhana, a qualified safety specialist with a diploma in Safety Management. Today the company employs 98 permanent staff supported by 12 domestic sub-contractors — six for building construction and six for civil works.
